The Swachhata League 2.0 (two weeks) program under Swachh Bharat Mission, organised by Kohima Municipal Council in collaboration with the Jakhama Baptist Fellowship, Kohima, was launched on 16th September 2023.

     The launching program of the Indian Swachhta League 2.0 was graced by MLA, Dr. Tseilhoutuo Rhutso as the special guest. Speaking at the programme, Dr. Rhutso said that the Swachhata League 2.0 was a movement to make Swachh Bharat a reality in India under the branch of Swachh Bharat Mission. He encouraged the students to take the opportunity to promote cleanliness.

Various activities including special numbers, dance, violin recital and Swachh Pledge by the participants were the highlights of the programme. Vote of thanks was proposed by Administrator KMC, T. Lanusenla L. Peseyie.
