In pursuance to the Home Department Notification No.CON-1/G/41/2011 dated 19th May 2022, Inspection Team was constituted by Deputy Commissioner, Phek for inspection of Check Gates under Phek district.

The team inspected all the check gates on 23rd May 2022. ADC Phek and Addl. SP Phek briefed the police personnel manning the Inter-State Check Gate at Lanezho and Khezhakeno. The team was led by ADC Phek, Addl. SP Phek, DTO Phek and DPRO Phek.

Since the date of Notification, the only tollgate under Phek district was closed and dismantled, besides that, there are no other gates set up by any department in the district.
