Training for all the webcasting operators and the BLOs as offline videography operators was held at DC's Conference Hall, Kiphire on 13th February 2023. 

            DIO (NIC) Tanzeel highlighted on how to install the camera and informed that webcast IP camera will be set up in 71 online polling stations and 13 offline polling stations.
