IMCT visited Wokha district on 21st April 2022 at Hammock Resort for the assessment of the situation in the wake of drought during Kharif and Rabi 2021, the meeting was chaired by the Deputy Commissioner, Wokha & DDMA Chairman Orenthung Lotha, during the event the team had a brief meeting/discussible with the DDMA members.

District Agriculture Officer Wokha, Highlighted the droughts situations in Wokha District through the ppt presentation, the line departments had an interaction with the IMCT team.

After the presentation by the various line departments, the Ralan villagers presented their grievances faced during the drought period. The IMCT team, Deputy Commissioner, and officials went for site visitation at New Wokha Village and had an interaction with the villagers.
