Advisor to Chief Minister, Abu Metha & Chairman, IDAN and Advisor, Industries & Commerce, Hekani Jhakhalu held an interactive meeting with NHHDC Ltd. officials on 26th June, 2023 at NHHDC Office, Dimapur.
Abu Mehta said the main reason of the interactive meeting is to look into the functioning of all the corporations and State Missions to see the performance, challenges they are facing and to work out roadmaps and visions for the future. He pointed that the present government is serious to take a look at each of these missions on how it is functioning, how much they can contribute and the problem areas. He added that economy study will be conducted on how much the State is spending on each of these corporations and missions and how much revenue they are generating for the State.
Metha expressed that when we talk about indigenous products, there should be a story behind every product, literature or conversation piece as the product reflects our culture and people. He added that in today's world, it is all about professionalism and specialisation, and we have to understand and study the market thoroughly. He urged the officers to be agents in contributing to the state exchequer.
Advisor, Industries & Commerce, Hekani Jhakhalu stated that the meeting with the officers is to understand the corporation and to discuss the issues being faced. She assured to look into the matters, problems they are facing and to work together for the betterment of our people.
Welcome address was delivered by Chairman, NHHDC Ltd. Prasielie Pienyu, Presentation on activities and roadmap of NHHDC Ltd. was presented by Managing Director, NHHDC Ltd. Vitsuzho Nyuthe, followed by interaction and discussion with the officers.
