“Nagaland State Museum under the Department of Art and Culture along with the world is celebrating “The International Museum Day” with the theme ‘Power of Museum’ from 18th to 21st May 2022.

The objective of the International Museum Day is to raise awareness about the fact that, “Museums are an important means of cultural exchange and development of mutual understanding, cooperation and peace among people.” On this occasion, school children have been invited for a study tour with the main objective to impart knowledge of our culture and tradition to the younger generation. During these four days, entries will be free for all the visitors.”
