On August 24th, 2023, a delegation from the Information & Public Relations (IPR) Department, led by Director Dzuvinuo Theunuo, met with Armstrong Pame, IAS Director (Films) at the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. The meeting took place at Shastri Bhawan in New Delhi, where various issues concerning the promotion and advancement of film development in Nagaland were deliberated upon.

During the meeting, Theunuo expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting for their several initiatives aimed at fostering the growth of the film industry in Nagaland. Notably, he commended the Ministry's efforts in facilitating the participation of two film personalities from Nagaland in the prestigious Cannes Film Festival 2023.
