On December 1, 2023, the Kiphire District level committee convened to organize a meeting in connection with the launch of the 'Viksit Bharat Sankalap Yatra.' Chaired by DC Kiphire, John Tsulise Sangtam, the meeting focused on the nationwide outreach initiative designed to inform, empower, and ensure the benefits of government flagship schemes reach citizens across the country.

During the meeting, it was decided that the program would be officially launched on December 4, 2023, at Kiphire Helipad ground. The District Nodal Officer (KVBSY) Kiphire will preside over the event, and D. Robin, NCS ADC Kiphire, will deliver the keynote address. Simultaneous launches will also occur at Kiphire village, Okhe village, and Longthonger village, where Block Nodal Officers/Day Nodal Officers will oversee the respective programs.

All activities and tasks during the program will follow directives from higher authorities. DC Kiphire instructed all line departments to formulate their route plans, communicate with Block/Day Nodal Officers, and prepare their programs accordingly.
