In view of the March month being observed as Poshan Pakhwada to disseminate awareness on health and nutrition, ICDS Jalukie Project under Social Welfare Department, Peren launched the block level Poshan Pakhwada at CDPO Office, Jalukie on 28th March 2022.

Speaking in the program, CDPO Jalukie, Namhuheing spoke on Jan Andolan Movement and encouraged the Anganwadi Workers to participate and play an important role to raise awareness on health and nutrition among the community.

The launching program was chaired by Poshan Project Coordinator, Kekungdibo, while Poshan Pledge was administered by AWW, Vizeno, and the vote of thanks, was proposed by Supervisor Jalukie, Kalivi Zhimomi.
