A farewell program for EAC Longleng in charge of Yongnyah EAC circle, Ihoilung Chuilo was organised by the district administration on 7th March at DC's Conference Hall.

            Deputy Commissioner, Longleng, M. Shayung Phom appreciated the service rendered by the outgoing officer and encouraged him to be an ambassador of Longleng district and continue to discharge his official duty for the welfare of the people with the same zeal and dedication that he had shown in the district. 

            The outgoing officer Ihoilung Chuilo in his farewell speech recollected how he was freshly posted in Longleng after NCS training and worked under different officers and staffs. While asserting the challenging tasks of an administrative officer, it had enabled him to encounter various situations and the lesson he had learnt through election, pandemic times and other issues have polished him to rendered greater public service in the future.

            Guest speaker, Mongngoi Phom, Associate Pastor, Longleng Town Baptist Church in his speech exhorted the officers and staffs to render best possible service  to bring about change in our society.

            Farewell speech was also delivered by EAC Sakshi, Longnyei Konyak on behalf of NCS colleagues while Penshing, Shingli and Head DB of Yongnyah spoke on behalf of the staffs and DBss. A special number was presented by Badong Phom and the program was chaired by Pichano Kikon EAC Longleng.
