The monthly Mangkolemba Sub-divisional Planning and Development Board (SDPDB) meeting was held at Customary Law Court, ADC Office Complex Mangkolemba on 2nd June 2023 under the chairmanship of ADC & Vice Chairman SDPDB Mangkolemba T Lankosen Tsanglao. Minister for Tourism & Higher Education and Chairman SDPDB Mangkolemba, Temjen Imna Along, and Advisor for Transport & Technical Education, Temjenmenba also attended the meeting.

During the meeting the following agenda were discussed: Upgradation of PHC to CHC Longchem; Upgradation of PHC to CHC Tsurangkong; Upgradation of GHS to GHSS Longchem; Upgradation of GHS to GHSS Tsurangkong; Construction of CMO quarter at Longchem; Construction and establishment of Supply Godown at Merangmen; Upgradation of EAC to SDO (Civil) Longchem; Request for assistance in the construction of fencing, boundary wall at CHC Mangkolemba; Establishment of Sub Fire Station Mangkolemba; Repair and renovation of Dobashi Customary court at Longchem; Construction of new Border Magistrate quarter Tsurangkong; Requirement of Planning Officer and Tourist Officer and Shortage of teachers due to transfer of Government teachers under Tsurangkong range.

Addressing the meeting, Minister Temjen Imna Along said, SDPDB Mangkolemba being an independent planning board, the Village Council members, VDBs of the three ranges, and the HoOs of various departments to actively participate in the meeting by addressing their grievances and presenting agenda for the upliftment of the subdivision. Advisor Temjenmenba also exhorted the HoOs to actively execute their assigned duty with absolute dedication.
Later in the meeting, PPTs were presented by BDOs Mangkolemba/Longchem/ Tsurangkong and SDO Water Resources Mangkolemba.
