In view of the forthcoming Independence Day celebration, a Mass Social Work was held at Kiphire Town on 1st August 2026. Inspected and supervised at all the eleven (11) Wards, by the Extra Assistant Commissioners (EACs) Kiphire, Takatemjen Pongen, Zavito Ltu, and Kato T Aomi.

The mass social work was carried out effectively and successfully, in accordance with the directions issued by the office, on 1st August 2026.
