A coordination meeting on 'Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign for urban area was held on 5th August 2022 at DC’s Conference Hall, Kohima. 

Chairing the meeting, DC Kohima, Shanavas C, IAS informed that the Indian National Flag with a size of 30X20 at the rate of Rs. 20 would be distributed in every house through the Kohima Municipal Council and Ward Chairmen in all 19 Wards in Kohima and rural areas and the flags would be hoisted in every house for three days from 13th August to 15th August 2022, in view of celebrating 75 years of India’s Independence. 

ADC Kohima, Rhosietho Nguori sought the support and participation of the citizens to honour the National Flag. He also informed that the distribution of the National Flags will start from 8th August 2022 onwards at DC's Office Kohima.

The meeting was attended by President KCCI, KMC, Chairmen of all Wards in Kohima Municipal Area, GBs of Kohima Town, Chairmen of Phezoucha, Kruoliezou, Ziekezou, Keyake and T Khel Model Village (UR).
