In view of the PM's nationwide interaction with beneficiaries of government schemes as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) a meeting of officers and Heads of Offices was convinced on the 27th of May 2022 at the conference hall of the Deputy Commissioner, Longleng.

The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Commissioner, Longleng M. Shayung Phom who informed the administrative officers and the HoOs present regarding the logistic arrangements and preparation for the PM"s nationwide interaction with the beneficiaries of the government schemes. 

After a brief discussion, work distribution was done and the concerned department was directed to bring at least 20 beneficiaries to attend the program. Arrangements of venue by the district administration, installation of TV/LED screen by the DIO, NIC, Arrangement of PA system & media coverage by DPRO, seat arrangement by CDPO, first aid facilities by CMO, and refreshment by PD, DRDA, ADS, DAO & EE, PHED. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by the chairman.
