The fact-finding committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs visited Tuensang comprised of A. K Mishra (Rtd), IPS, Advisor North East MHA as the leader, Dr. Mandeep Singh Tull, IPS, Joint Director, Intelligence Bureau (IB) and A.K. Dhyani, Director, Northeast Division MHA both as members from 16th to 18th December 2022.  

The committee had a meeting with Eastern Nagaland Peoples Organisation (ENPO) on 16th December 2022. On 17th December 2022, the committee members had a meeting with 7 Tribal Bodies, Hindu & Muslim Communities of Tuensang Town, Eastern Nagaland Women Organisation (ENWO) and Eastern Nagaland Students’ Federation (ENSF), a Joint meeting with Goan Buras, Dobashis and Senior citizens, and the meeting with Deputy Commissioners and Superintendent of Police of six districts namely Tuensang, Mon, Longleng, Kipheri, Noklak, and Shamator.

The committee members had a plan scheduled to visit ITC Dan Pangsha on 18th December 2022.
