A five-day Mid Career Training for officers of the Government of Nagaland was organized by the Department of P&AR, Govt. of Nagaland,  in collaboration with St. Stephen’s College for Advanced Learning, New Delhi at Administrative Training Institute, Kohima from 19th to 23rd June 2023.

The training covers topics on policy formulation and implementation. Akunu Meyase, Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, P&AR, graced the inaugural program and gave the overview of the training. A total of 36 officers from various departments from directorates and districts are attending the training. The resource persons for the training are Sanjay Sahay, IPS, Founder Director, TechConPro Private Limited, Prof. Prajapati. Trivedi, Commonwealth Secretary-General’s Special Envoy for SDG Implementation, Commonwealth Secretariat, London, UK, and Amar Nayak, Associate Professor, Strategic Management at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar, India.
