In a joint exercise by the NDRF and SDRF, organized by the DDMA, a rescue operation exercise was conducted at old DC's office complex, Tuensang on 22nd March 2022.  Debriefing on the mock drill, SP Tuensang, Vishal Chauhan appreciated the team effort of NDRF team in demonstrating the evacuation and rescue mission from a high rise building for which he also encouraged the SDRF team to be confident in such missions. 

            DC Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant also advised the teams for preparedness exercises and to be equipped to tackle the situations of disasters of any magnitude. He encouraged the SDRF team to well prepared so that if disasters hits the district, the situation can be handled. 

            NDRF commander also mentioned on the importance of including NCC and Bharat Scouts & and Guides personnel in such exercises.
