Mon District Planning and Development Board held its meeting on 22nd October 2021 at the Conference Hall of the Office of Deputy Commissioner Mon. The meeting was chaired by DC Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS. 
The board passed a proposal for the establishment of Govt. Primary School at Sheanghah Lokyo village. Deliberations were also held on organising an inter-departmental sports tournament and inauguration of the Officers’ Lounge at the Officers’ Club, Mon. 
PowerPoint presentations highlighting their particular Department's activities in the District were presented by DSCO Mon, Chumei Yanlem for Soil & Water Conservation; ARO Mon, W. Kaiwang Konyak for Art & Culture and ASO Mon, Keneizetuo Khro for Sericulture Department.
