In View of the forthcoming General Election to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly 2023, Training Cum Coordination Meeting for Micro Observers was conducted on 16th February 2023 at DC Conference Hall Mon. 

EAC & Nodal Officer Micro Observer, Wiridin NCS said they must observe the preparedness of the election and ensure a Free and Fair environment as per the ECI norms. Their assigned Polling station will be randomized through software just a day before they left for Poll Day.

District Master Trainer, Mary gave a PowerPoint Presentation of the basic roles and responsibilities of Micro Observers. General Observers Md. Sadique Alam (IAS-2010), Sanjay Kumar (IAS-2008), and Ashok Kumar Chouhan (IAS-2010) interacted with them and briefed the duties and functions of trainees.
