K.G. Kenye, MP Rajya and Co-Chairman DISHA Nagaland who is also the Parliamentary Standing Committee Member on Food, Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution and Consultative Committee Member on Rural Development addressed the District Development Coordination & Monitoring Committee (DELHI) meeting at Phek on 21st October 2020. 

He called upon the District Officers to take defined role while serving the people in the District. The MP also urged the officers to utilise the opportunity and implement effectively the Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS). Recalling the popular VDB programme conceptualised by A.M. Gokhale while serving as the Deputy Commissioner Phek, he made an appeal to all Officers to set good footprints.
