Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Shanavas C, IAS in a circular dated 5th August 2022 has informed all the Kohima DPDB Members that because of the Independence Day Celebration, the Kohima DPDB meeting has been preponed to 12th August 2022 (Friday) at 10:00 AM at the Kohima DPDB Conference Hall.

The Department of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services (AH&VS), Nagaland under the aegis of the Nagaland Livestock Development Board (NLDB) on 5th August 2022, officially launched the second phase of the pivotal scheme, “National Animal Disease Control Programme on Foot and Mouth Disease (NADCP). It was launched by Dr. Nsanthung Ezung, Director, AH&VS at the NLDB Office, Dairy Farm Complex, Lerie, Kohima.

A two-member central team on Jal Shakti Abhiyan ‘Catch the Rain‘ (JSA:CTR) visited Dimapur district from 3rd to 5th August 2022.
