The Deputy Commissioner, Kohima has informed that the Minor Bridge at Chainage KM 165+115 (Hydro Bridge), Dzudza, on Kohima - Dimapur 4-lane National Highway - 29 will be closed to all vehicular traffic on 14th February 2026 (Saturday) from 06 AM to 07 AM, and on 15th February 2026 (Sunday) from 09 AM to 01 PM.

In continuation of the ongoing activities under the Cluster Development Programme in collaboration with CSIR-NEIST Jorhat, Assam, a Hands-on Training Programme will be held on February 17, 2026, at 10:30 AM in the Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Hall, Wokha. 

Deputy Commissioner and Vice Chairman DPDB, Kiphire, Temsuwati Longkumer has issued a circular has stated that the monthly DPDB meeting proposed to be held on 15th February 2026 (Sunday) has been postponed and will be held on 17th February 2026 at 11:00 am in the Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Hall, Kiphire.
All esteemed DPDB members are requested to kindly take note of the revised date and attend the meeting accordingly.

The Additional Deputy Commissioner Peren D. Robin NCS in a circular has informed to all the concerned that an exercise for digitization of Birth and Death certificate will carried out by the Department of Economics and statistics in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Peren during normal office hours from 10th to 13th  February 2026.

In view of bituminous surfacing work from Kipeujang to Peren Headquarters, the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Peren, D. Robin, NCS has issued a travel advisory informing that the road stretch from Peren Namdi to Peren Headquarter via Peren Government College shall remain closed to all the vehicular traffic from 11th February 2026 to 17th February 2026.
