Additional Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Pughoboto Tiameren Chang issued an Election Notice for the 13th Pughoboto Assembly Constituency informing that the nomination paper may be delivered by the candidate or by any proposer to the Returning Officer or to EAC Ghathashi Nitile Tep at Room No 3.
