Directorate of Information and Public Relations organised a meeting with the Press Council Of India Sub-Committee along with media persons in regard to the evolve guidelines for the Media & Security Forces on reporting in conflict situation and to organize activities particularly to North Eastern States, Naxal affected areas and Jammu & Kashmir at hotel Japfu on 22 March 2021.

            In continuation to the Press Release issued on 29th April 2016, the Department of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Nagaland, Kohima have stated that there is continued rampant encroachment of Department land by private individual, group etc. surrounding Veterinary Field Assistant Training Institute, Piggery Farm, Poultry Farm, Cattle Farm at Medziphema including the fodder field meant for growing fodder grasses for Cattle.

                DC, Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant IAS has informed that the rates of inter-District/intra-District commercial passenger vehicles plying to/from Tuensang and within Tuensang Town are hereby revised back to pre-lockdown rates with immediate effect. All the categories of passenger vehicles are now being allowed to carry passengers with 100% passenger capacity.
