ADC JALUKIE NOTIFIES ON SEALED HOUSE AT JALUKIE TOWN

ADC Jalukie, Dr.Tinojongshi Chang has notified that in view of the detection of COVID-19 positive test and in order to take preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 as per the SOP issued by the Government Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Jalukie sealed House No.50 (A) located at Stadium colony Jalukie Town with effect from 21st November 2020 till further order.

WOMEN SEMINAR HELD AT THONOKNYU

The Khiamniungan Meniu Hoikam (Khiamniungan Mother's Organization) Thonoknyu Town held a one day Seminar at TTBC on 21st November 2020. The speakers were Naomi; P.Tsoinyu Advisor KMH Thonoknyu; Muthiam Graduate Teacher and Supo Former Asstt. General Secretary KMH.

The program was chaired by President KMH S. Mongshai. About 200 mothers and girl students attended the seminar program.

‘NAGALAND FOR GREEN CHRISTMAS’ CAMPAIGN INITIATED BY SDG COORDINATION CENTRE (SDGCC), PLANNING & COORDINATION DEPARTMENT, GOVERNMENT OF NAGALAND

The SDGCC, Planning & Coordination Department has come up with an initiative “Nagaland for Green Christmas’ campaign. This Campaign focuses on mobilising all the residents of Nagaland to celebrate a sustainable and environment friendly Christmas. The key objective of this campaign is to align the Christmas festival celebration to UN Sustainable Development Goals dissemination and spark action among the general public in Nagaland for making this Christmas and beyond, sustainable.

HORNBILL FESTIVAL TO BE CELEBRATED IN VIRTUAL MODE

The Department of Tourism in a notification dated 12th November 2020 informed that in pursuance to the cabinet meeting dated 6th November 2020, all concerned departments have been informed that the Hornbill Festival 2020 will be celebrated in a completely virtual mode through various media channels and social media platforms. The content for the same shall be sourced from Government archives.
