In consideration of the prevailing COVID-19 situation in the State and in the interests of schools and students' community, the Department of School Education has issued the following directives issued for strict compliance by all schools (both Government & Private) registered/recognized under the Department of School Education, Nagaland.

CHIEF MINISTER TO INAUGURATE GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC ABOI, MON

Chief Minister Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio will be officially unveiling the Government Polytechnic Aboi, Mon and the Commencement of Academic Program from 2021-2022 on 27th November 2020 at 1:30 pm. The Chief Minister will be accompanied by Minister Higher Education, Technical Education & Tribal Affairs, Temjen Imna Along and Eshak Hessum MLA 47th A/C Aboi.

VISITORS TO NAGALAND SECRETARIAT TOTALLY RESTRICTED

Principal Secretary Home, R. Ramakrishnan IAS has informed that in view of the recent detection of COVID-19 positive cases and in the interest of the public safety, there shall be a total restriction of visitors in the Nagaland Civil Secretariat Complex.

All employees should have valid ID Card which they should display to the checking staff while entering the Secretariat.

ADC KOHIMA INFORMS ON ROAD CLOSER

Additional Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa has informed that in order to facilitate site cutting for the ongoing Four-Lane construction between Kohima to Dimapur at the stretch below CRPF Camp, Sechü-Zubza, all vehicular movement at the aforementioned stretch shall remain closed from 07:00 AM of Sunday the 22ndNovember to 05:00 AM of Monday the 23rd November 2020.
