Chief Medical Officer, Longleng has informed to all 11 ward chairmen in Longleng that, due to the increase of Covid-19 positive case in the district, there is an increase of contact  tracing, since sample collection teams are unable to go to each and every house. Therefore they have been requested to identify a spot/place for sample collection from your ward.

DC WOKHA ASKS CITIZENS TO FOLLOW SOPs

Deputy Commissioner, Wokha& Chairman District Task Force for COVID-19, OrenthungLotha appealed to the citizens to follow the new SOP issued.He stated that there have been reports from the District Surveillance Team that some persons under Home Quarantine/Home Isolation, as advised by the medical team to contain the spread of Covid cases, are not complying with the protocols and SOPs issued by the Government despite strict directives.
