TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT INFORMS
The Transport Department has informed that in the interest of Public Service, the Government of Nagaland has notified that the Central Government vide Notification No.GSR.1361(E) dated 02/11/2017 under Rule 138A of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 has made mandatory the fitment of FASTag on all motor vehicles under category M and N sold on or after 1st December 2017.
