NIGHT CURFEW TO BE IMPOSED IN KOHIMA FROM MAY 5

      In pursuance to Home Department’s order Dated 3rd May 2021 and as decided at the Kohima District Task Force meeting held on 4th May 2021, the Deputy Commissioner and Chairman DTF Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie NCS has imposed night curfew in Kohima District on all days starting  5th May 2021 from 7 PM to 6 AM and will remain in force until further order.

HOUSE AT YAKSHU VILLAGE MON SEALED

In order to take effective measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, SDO (C) Angjangyang, Yanithung N Ngullie, NCS on 3rd May 2021 ordered the sealing of Rented  House located between: East- School, West- H/No.10, North- Main Road and South- Jungle at Changphang Morung, Yakshu Village, Mon till further orders.

DC LONGLENG NOTIFIES

In view of detection of covid-19 positive case at SBI, Longleng the aforementioned building situated at high school ward has been declared as Sealed Area for a period of 48 Hours with immediate effect in order to control the spread of disease/ infections and for necessary contact tracing.

DC KOHIMA ISSUES ORDER ON PUBLIC INTERVIEW AT DC's OFFICE KOHIMA

Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, NCS has issued an order stating that in order to combat the rapid surge in COVID-19, public interview of essential nature will be allowed from 10:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M only on all working days, except Wednesdays where there will be strictly no public interview at the Office of Deputy Commissioner Kohima.
