As conferred under Section 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission, Kohima shall hold Public Hearing on 16th March, 2022 from 11:00 AM onwards in the Office Conference Hall of the Engineering-in-Chief, Department of Power, Nagaland on the proposed Tariff Petition filed by M/s. Hutah industries Private Limited, Dimapur before the Honorable Commission for determination of Tariff for proposed 10 MW Biomass Based Power Plant at Ganeshnagar, Dimapur.

The Firm had published the summary of the Petition on 15th February 2022 in three leading English daily Local Newspapers inviting suggestions/objections from the concerned stakeholders to be submitted to the Secretary NERC latest by 28th February 2022.
