The 13th National Voters’ Day was observed at ADC’s office, Meluri on 25th January 2023 with ADC Meluri, Albert Ezung as the Guest of Honour

Speaking on the spoke on the theme " Nothing like voting, I vote for sure", Ezung said the National Voters’ Day is observed as enshrined in the Indian Constitution so that no voters will be left out and to ensure that every eligible voter will enjoy his/her adult franchise. He also appealed to the participants to spread the importance of the Voters’ Day.

During the programme, significance of voting was delivered by EAC, Meluri, Sakuchingmak. Welcome address and vote of thanks were delivered by EAC Lephori, C. Tsalimse Sangtam and EAC Phokhungri, Limakumla Pongener respectively. Best Booth Level officer (BLO) of  20th AC Meluri was awarded to P Neicha.

The programme was attended by the Heads of Offices under Meluri Sub-Division, BLO's under 20 AC Meluri, ward Chairmen and GBs of Meluri Town, Political parties and public leaders from various NGOs.
