Neposo Theluo was sworn-in as a new member of Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) in an oath taking-ceremony held at Nagaland Civil Secretariat Conference on 30 November 2023.

Nagaland’s Chief Secretary J. Alam IAS administered the "Oath of Secrecy" and while Home Commissioner Nagaland Abhijit Sinha initiated the proceedings.
