The Nagaland Legislative Assembly Secretariat which has been given the responsibility to manage the Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH) with three good quality Badminton Courts together with a top class Gym, within it, recently opened within the NLA Complex, has decided to open it up for the use of the Members of the Assembly, their support staff, Officers/Staff of the Government of Nagaland and the Assembly Secretariat w.e.f. 15.11.2021, subject to the following conditions:
1. All interested users to make a one-time Lifetime Registration for the use of the MPH paying a non-refundable Fee of Rs. 2,500/-.
2. A monthly user fee of Rs. 1,000/- for availing all the facilities within the Hall to be paid between 1st and 5th of every month at the Management Office within the Hall.
3. For the sitting Members of the Assembly, no user fee will be charged. However, for the personal staff of the Hon'ble Members intending to avail the facilities, fees as applicable to the Officers and Staff of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Secretariat will be charged.
4. Ex-Members of the Assembly may also avail the facility by paying the Registration Fee and the user-fees.
5. Services of the Gym-trainer may be availed by all the Members and the paid Guests.
6. All members should follow the guidelines regarding the use of the facilities issued from time-to-time by the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Secretariat.
7. Membership Fee will be for availing the facilities individually.
8. For the guest of members, to avail the facilities on the recommendation of the Membership Holder on a day-to-day basis, Rs. 100/- will be charged.
9. The user-fee will be subject to revision from time-to-time.
Those who are interested in availing the facilities, a Membership Form may be obtained from the Office of the Management Team at the MPH from 5th November to 15th November, 2021, (Sunday excluded) Morning: 09:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M. Evening: 04:00 P.M. - 05:30 P.M. The form shall be submitted together with two Passport size/Stamp size recent.
