Department of Horticulture led by Zarenthung Ezung Additional Secretary Horticulture visited Longleng District on 6th May 2020 and held a program with various Agri allied department of Longleng under the vision “Grow More! Produce More! Earn More!” at EBRC Hall, Longleng.

Ezung said the purpose for the visit was to create awareness among farmers and know the clear cut assessment form the grassroot level and to collecting data and identify the farmers. He also said that the mission is for new policy based on ground reality.

The programme was chaired by Y. Bongti konyak Dy. Director, Horticulture, N. Kinimi, DHO Longleng delivered the welcome address and vote of thanks was delivered by Pongshak Phom, AHO Longleng.
