The Expenditure Observer for the ensuing General Election 2023 to the 9 Kohima Town, 10 Northern Angami - I, and 11 Northern Angami – II Assembly Constituencies, Samatha Mullamudi arrived at Kohima on 31st January 2023.

On her arrival at DC & DEO’s Office Kohima, the DC & DEO Kohima, Shanavas C IAS gave an overview of the status of the preparation of the Election process in the district. The Observer also inspected various cells set up in DC & DEO’s Office premises and shared her views on proper record maintenance.
