Additional Deputy Commissioner Pfutsero, Japheth Woch has issued general information to the public that because of the ongoing 2-lane road construction of Kohima- Jessami road NH-29, there will be an execution of road formation cutting at km 72+800 to km 73+000 (between Horticulture farm and Mesulumi village). Therefore, there will be a complete road closure at the aforementioned stretch from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM for 30 (Thirty) days w.e.f 1st April 2023 to expedite the completion of the construction work.

All vehicles traveling along this stretch during the timing and period of road closure are advised to take the alternate route i.e., Razeba Market Junction to Chizami.
