Deputy Commissioner Dimapur, Anoop Kinchi IAS has convened a meeting of Dimapur District Task Force members, to discuss issues pertaining to COVID-19, in the conference Hall of DC Dimapur on 18th May 2020.

While observing that Corona virus would remain with us for a long time, Anoop re-iterated that following hand hygiene, wearing masks and maintaining social distance should be part of our lifestyle to defend the virus.  The house also decided to have a meeting to resolve the Borlingiri problem.

DC Dimapur sought help from the civil societies and advised them to be prepared for arranging quarantine centers to help people. He said that Government was trying its best to enhance the capacity to take the returnees but incase of emergency the services of the civil societies would be required.
