The Governor La Ganesan flagged off the IEC Van of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra at Raj Bhavan on 30 November 2023.

           In his short speech, the Governor said that this will benefit people by enhancing awareness about government schemes. He also expressed his happiness to the organizers for organizing the Viksit Sankalp Yatra program which is aimed at reaching out to the citizens and creating awareness about the benefits and application procedures of various schemes which was taken up under the Prime Ministership of Narendra Modi. 

        DC Kohima said that Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) was launched by PM Narendra modi. He said that it will also be organized in D. Khel Kohima, Seikhazou, Kohima village in the afternoon the same day to promote and educate about the central schemes and other development success stories. The Secretary to the Governor and other officials also attended the program.
