The 75th Republic day was celebrated at Akuluto with MLA and Advisor Social Welfare Wangpang Konyak as Special Guest at Akuluto ADC HQ, Zunheboto. The Advisor unfurled the tri color flag followed by Republic day speech and Rashtriya salute from 6 parade contingents. This was followed by a folk song by Centre Point Womenfolk, Patriotic dance from JNV Zunheboto and a special number by Akuluto Town Students Union. The Advisor also inaugurated exhibition stalls set up by various departments.
