Minister of Women Resource Development & Horticulture, Salhoutuonuo Kruse graced the 75th Republic Day at Chumoukedima District on 26th January, 2024, at Chumoukedima Town Public ground. The Minister unfurled the National flag and inspected the parade contingents.

The participants of the parade contingents were NCC Contingents from Govt. Higher Secondary School; Tetso College; St. Joseph University; Ex-servicemen; Patkai Christian College; Pipe Band ARTC & S. Shokhuvi.

Folk dance was performed by Kuki and Phom cultural troupe. The day ended with a retreat by the ARTC & S. Shokhuvi.

The Minister also inaugurated the Exhibition stall set up by the Department of Agri and allied sectors.
