Farewell program for the outgoing Deputy Commissioner, Longleng, Dharam Raj, IAS and Incoming Deputy Commissioner Longleng, W. Manpai Phom, NCS was held on 31st July 2024 at D.C Office Complex, Longleng.

Dharam Raj, IAS in his farewell speech expressed his gratitude to the people of Longleng District for the love and kindness he has received during his tenure. He also thanked all the HODs, Civil Societies and the people of the district for always having their cooperation during his tenure for the development of Longleng.

W. Manpai Phom, NCS Incoming Deputy Commissioner, Longleng in his speech sought the cooperation of the people, HODs and Civil Societies to work together as a Team for the progress and development of Longleng District.

Short speeches were delivered by ADC, Tamlu Neilezo Tep, NCS; ADC Planning Longai Phom; EAC HQ. Imkongnukla Ao NCS; the President Phom People Council, Y.B Angam Phom; the President Phomla Hoichem, Mano Phom; Executive Secretary, Phom Baptist Christian Association, Tialemba Phom; Head Assistant A. Yungnyei Phom and Imtichuba Phom.

The program was chaired by Laipangla Chinkong UDA DC Office, Invocation by Rev. H. Beau Phom, Senior Pastor LTBC and concluded with a benediction by Chingthai Phom, Police Baptist Church, Longleng.
