In view of the upcoming Independence Day, a coordination meeting with the heads of offices and institutions under Medziphema sub-division was held at ADC’s office, Medziphema on 5th August 2024.
Chairing the meeting, ADC Medziphema, P. James Swu expressed his gratitude to all the departments for their co-operation during the recently conducted ULB elections. The meeting deliberated on work distribution and activities for the Independence Day celebration. Various departments decided to set up stalls during the celebration. The ADC sought support and cooperation from all the departments for the successful celebration of Independence Day programme. He also appealed to all the members to attend the programme and actively take part and also asked them to deliver their assigned work sincerely.
The house also decided to conduct a mass social work on August 13th August 2024 from 7:00 AM onwards.
