The Nagaland Board of School Education has notified for information of all concerned regarding matters related to HSLC and HSSLC Examinations 2020:

1.         POST PUBLICATION RESCRUTINY

  1. Rescrutiny of answer-scripts in any number of subjects is permitted in both HSLC & HSSLC Examinations 2020.
  2. Candidates applying for rescrutiny can apply online to nbsenag@gmail.com within 30(thirty) days after the publication of the result i.e. on or before 30th June 2020. The prescribed fee of ` 500/-per subject shall be paid to SBI Account No. 39353961985, IFS Code SBIN0000214. The scanned copies of the payment receipt, marksheet, marksheet-cum-pass certificate, admit card and the phone/mobile number of the candidate should be mailed at the above mail address along with the application.
  3. Rescrutiny results shall be declared within 40 (forty) days after the declaration of the result.

2.         POST PUBLICATION RESULT

  1. Rescrutiny result shall be sent to all registered institutions.
  2. The rescrutiny result is not notified individually.
  3. Corrigendum and addendum of the provisional result gazette, if any, shall be published along with the rescrutiny results.
  4. Rescrutiny result will be made available on Board's website(www.nbsenagaland.com)

3.         PHOTOCOPY OF ANSWERSCRIPTS

  1. Photocopy of answerscripts shall be provided to candidates on fulfillment of the terms and conditions.
  2. This provision shall be extended only to candidates who applied for rescrutiny and in the subject(s) they applied.
  3. Candidates who did not apply for rescrutiny shall not be eligible to apply for photocopy of the answerscripts.
  4. Candidates applying for photocopy of the answerscripts shall apply online at nbsenag@gmail.com. The prescribed fee of ` 1000/-each per subject shall be paid to SBI Account No. 39353961985, IFS Code SBIN0000214. The scanned copies of the payment receipt, marksheet and the phone/mobile number of the candidate should be mailed at the above mail address along with the application.
  5. The last date for submission of application form is within 15 days after declaration of rescrutiny result.

4.         HSLC COMPARTMENTAL EXAMINATION 2020

The provision of conducting the HSLC (Compartmental) Examination 2020 is kept open. However, in view of the situation arising out of COVID-19 pandemic, the details for the conduct of Examination will be given at a later date. Heads of institutions and all concerned are requested to note this.

5.         Issue of Migration Certificate

Students can apply for Migration Certificate online at nbsenag@gmail.com. The prescribed fee of `450/- (inclusive of postal charges) shall be paid to SBI Account No. 39353961985, IFS Code SBIN0000214. The scanned copies of the payment receipt, admit card, marksheet-cum-pass certificate in respect of HSLC candidates and marksheet & pass certificate in respect of HSSLC candidates should be sent.

Proper postal address of the student should be indicated clearly in the application. The Board shall send scanned copy of the Migration Certificate through e-mail and the hard copy will be sent by post.

6.         IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR REPEATERS

i.          HSLC 2021 Science Question Paper

Two sets of Science Question paper in the HSLC Examination 2021 will be administered separately for repeaters and regular candidates due to the changes in the syllabus and textbook.

This will be the last chance for the repeaters to appear the old course in Science.

Heads of institutions and Centre Superintendents are requested to inform the centre repeaters.

ii.         HSSLC Examination 2021 - Commerce Stream

Two sets of question papers for the following subjects in HSSLC Examination 2021 will be administered for regular and repeater candidates due to changes in syllabus and textbooks.

Subjects - (1) Business Studies (2) Accountancy and (3) Entrepreneurship.

            This will be the last chance for the repeaters to appear the Old Course in these subjects.

Heads of institutions and Centre Superintendents are requested to inform the centre repeaters.
