Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Noklak, Arikumba has issued a notification to all concerned that the Special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Rolls with reference to 01.01.2025 as the qualifying date has been announced by the Election Commission of India vide letter No.23/2024-ERS (Vol-IV) dated 7th August, 2024 as per the following schedule:-

Pre-Revision activities

1.         (i).  H2H verification through BLOs

(ii). Rationalization/Re-arrangements of Polling Stations.

(iii). Removal of discrepancies in the Electoral roll/EPIC

(iv). Improvement of image quality ensuring good quality photographs, by replacing blurred, poor quality and not to specification and non-human images in the roll, wherever necessary.

(v). Recasting of Section/Parts and Finalization of proposed restructuring of section/part boundaries location of polling stations and getting approval of list of polling stations.

(vi) Identification of the Gaps and finalizing the strategy and timeline to bridge such gaps, and

(vii) Updation of Control table.

 

All this this pre-revision activities will be held from 20.08.2024 (Tuesday) to 18.10.2024 (Friday)

(i) Preparation of Format 1 to 8.

(ii) Preparation of integrated draft roll with reference to 01.01.2025 as the qualifying date.

This will be conducted from 19.10.2024 (Saturday) to 28.10.2024 (Monday)

Revision Activities

2.  Publication of Integrated draft electoral roll on 29.10.2024 (Tuesday)

3. Period for filing claims & objections from 29.10.2024 (Tuesday) to 28.11.2024 (Thursday)

4. Special campaign dates: Saturdays and Sundays within claims and objection period (to be fixed by the CEO)

5. Disposal of claims and objections by 24.12.2024 (Tuesday)
 

(i). Checking of health parameters and obtaining Commission’s permission for final publication.

(ii).Updating database and printing of supplements by 01.01.2025 (Wednesday)
 

6. Final publication of electoral roll on 06.01.2025 (Monday)
