Career guidance for civil service aspirants was held at the conference hall of Government College, Phek on 22th August 2024.  Superintendent of Police, Phek Dr. Pritpal Kaur (IPS) and EAC on probation, Neithozo Thenunuo and W. Balong Phom were the speakers for the carrier talk programme. 

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Pritpal Kaur highlighted on the syllabus and study materials of various competitive exams in the country and home State of Nagaland, and emphasized the importance of preparation for the said exams during graduation.

Meanwhile, Neithozo Thenunuo EAC (P) and W. Balong Phom EAC (P) encouraged the civil service aspirant and shared their journey to the NPSC examinations. 

Zhozoto Nakhro (YP), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India shared about the Department of Employment Exchange as the Model Carrier Centre and requested the students to visit the same offices in the district. 

Dr. Nutazo Lohe Assistant Prof. & Carrier Guidance and Placement Cell chaired the program and the Principal Phek Government College proposed the welcome address. The programme culminated with a vote of thanks by the President PTCSU. Over one hundred Students attended the program.
