A three-day interaction and detailed discussion regarding Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) beneficiaries availing treatment from Delhi NCR, was held between Resident Commissioner, Nagaland House, New Delhi, Wennyei Konyak NCS; Joint Director and State Nodal Officer (Health & Family Welfare), Dr. Hentok Phom; Deputy Director and Senior Public Relations Officer (Information & Public Relations), Kuolie Mere, Paramount Health Services and Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd., Future Generali Insurance Company and representatives from the 19 empanelled hospitals in Delhi NCR. The meeting was held at Nagaland House, New Delhi from 11th – 13th September 2024.
Discussions were held to address technical challenges faced by the beneficiaries and hospitals at Delhi NCR while availing the benefit.
The insurance team from Paramount Health Services and Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd and Future Generali Insurance Company led by Joint Director and State Nodal Officer, Health & Family Welfare, Dr. Hentok Phom visited various hospital to better understand and also come up with solution to bridge the gaps faced by both the patients and hospitals.
