In regard to the helicopter service personnel safety concern, the Deputy Commissioner, Noklak has informed that unauthorized gathering of large crowds of spectators, Photographing and Videography in the helipad during landing and takeoff is strictly prohibited. It stated that the reckless behaviour poses a substantial risk to both the helicopter and the spectators.
The service personnel have caution to adopt and enhance safety and security measures for helipad operations in order to ensure the safety and security of all individuals and aircraft operating in the area, the following restrictions are immediately implemented in the vicinity of the helipad:
OVERCROWDING: Unauthorized access to the helipad area is strictly prohibited and the spectators are not allowed within a 300-meters radius of the helipad during landing and take-off. Only authorized personnel with valid identification shall be permitted within the helipad perimeter.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY: Photography and Videography are strictly prohibited within the helipad area. No Cameras, Drones or recording devices shall be operated within the helipad perimeter. Authorized media personnel shall obtain prior permission from the helipad Administrator.
DEPLOYMENT AND ENFORCEMENT: The Superintendent of Police, Noklak shall deploy adequate Security personnel. The Head Dobashi, Deputy Commissioner Office Noklak will detail a minimum of two Dobashi to coordinate with the Police. The Security personnel and Dobashis shall monitor the helipad area, enforce the restrictions outlined in this order, prevent unauthorized access and maintain law and order.
EXCEPTIONS: Authorized personnel conducting Official business and Pre-approved media and filming activities.
PENALTIES: Failure to comply with this order may result in, removal from the premises, confiscation of equipment, Legal action and revocation of access privileges.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This order takes effect immediately and remains in force until further notice.
