Taking into account the urgent need of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) room at Peren District designated COVID Hospital, CHC Jalukie during the COVID crisis, despite limited resources, a group of well wishers from Peren District with their own expenditure took the initiative to construct 4 bedded ICU rooms measuring about 26x16 attached with bathroom & oxygen room measuring 6x16 at CHC Jalukie.

The construction project was initiated by Banker, Haizin Mpom, CHC Jalukie Staff, Izierang Nza and Namnabi Hegui as the committee members.

Well-wishers apart from constructing the ICU rooms also contributed 3 cylinders of oxygen to meet the urgent needs of CHC Hospital, Jalukie.
