The Sub-Treasury Officer, Tseminyu has informed that the Annual Physical Verification for the year 2024 will be conducted from 04/11/2024 till 08/11/2024 for all Pensioners drawing Pension under Sub – Treasury, Tseminyu. The detailed schedule is furnished below.

TIMING: 10 AM till 4PM

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PHYSICAL VERIFICATION:

1.      PPO Book

2.      Prescribed Verification Certificate

3.      ID Card issued by the Pensioners' Association

Verification Certificate can be obtained from the Pension section w.e.f 15/10/2024. All the pensioners are advised to be physically present at the Sub - Treasury on the allotted dates as per their PPO Book Serial number. Pensioners incapacitated by bodily illness or infirmity and in all cases where such inability may be alleged, shall be required to submit their home address with contact numbers, whereby officials will be deputed to obtain proof of existence of the pensioner independent of the life certificate furnished.

Further, it may be mentioned that, no extension will be made beyond the allotted dates; moreover pension disbursement from the month of October 2024 will be withheld for all physically unverified pensioners.
