The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima, has issued a notification regarding the acquisition of land for the expansion of Botsa Headquarters. Land measuring 66,167 square meters (approximately 16.35 acres) is set for acquisition or outright purchase. The area is located at Botsa, Kohima, and is bordered by North: Stream/Road, South: Stream, East: Kehouzelie Rio and West: Road/Water Canal.

Under the authority conferred by Section 9(2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition Acquisition Act, 1965, the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima, has invited any individuals or parties with claims or objections regarding the acquisition of the specified area to submit their concerns. Claims or objections must be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner’s office within 30 days from the date of this notification.
